Main inspirations: 80's-2000's anime (most notable so far being classic Dragonball, Cowboy Beebop and Yuyu Hakusho), a bit of personal life experience in terms of character inspirations and most importantly, intrusive thoughts that I wrote down and made sense of.

Main Characters:

JInn V. Mitsuyo (a 10 year old boy shrouded in mystery, all we know so far is that he's very strong for a child and combat adept, he'll take on any challenge head first and back it up with extreme tenacity and strength.)

Xena (a 21 year old woman with an eye for the finer things in life. With her skillful Seeker abilities, she scours the world of Gerra in search of the rarest of treasure. It was on one such excursion that led to her meeting Jinn and eventually teaming up with him for future endeavors, they make quite the combo. They forge a close friendship akin to siblings, she treats him as her little brother, making sure he doesn't get into too much trouble and he has his big sister's back in a pinch as well)

Short Summary of the book (note on the back cover): 'When a shady deal between bandits and a Seeker takes a turn for the worst, a young boy finds himself at the center of the conflict. It's the beginning of something intense.'
